TLC is a grassroots initiative developed by the Business and Tourism Committee of the Kinston-Lenoir County Chamber of Commerce. In our county alone, roughly $12 million is needed to help fund our parks, roads, schools and more. Through this initiative, when you buy locally, those sales tax dollars help us reach that multi-million dollar number. When you shop elsewhere, you fund that community's projects.
